PECCARY SKULLS

Due to its size and tasty meat, the peccary is much sought by hunters. A full-grown peccary yields fifty pounds of meat—enough to feed three or four families for a week. Such a prize is not easily passed up. Note the turtle shells on the shelf. These animals are also eaten when caught and avidly sought after.
