VERVET MONKEY

Probably the first and last monkey visitors to Africa are likely to see, the vervet monkey (Cercopithecus pygerythrus) is common and easily recognized. They occur over most of Central and East Africa. This individual was foraging among vegetation near Victoria Falls, in Zambia.
