BOYS SELLING POTS

Pottery remains a widespread cottage industry over much of rural Africa. Local people draw on centuries of experience, passed down in the family, to make beautiful delicate pots. These are invariably made by the coil method, as the potter's wheel is not used. These boys were selling their pots were on the road from Lilongwe to Zomba, Malawi.
